We never sell or share member data

We never sell, rent, or share the emails or other data of NJ Off Market Properties group members with sponsors or anyone else. Sponsors buy a labeled placement in front of the group. They do not get member lists, contact details, or engagement data about individual members.

What the sponsor form collects, and why

If you fill out our sponsor inquiry form, we collect your company, name, email, optional phone, website, business category, the package you're interested in, and your message. We use it only to reply to your inquiry, send you sponsorship details, and keep a record of our conversation. We keep it in our own internal system, and it is not sold or shared.

What the buyer-list form collects, and why

If you join our buyer list, we collect your name, email, optional phone and Facebook profile link, your investing strategy, the NJ areas you're interested in, your budget range, and how you fund deals. We use it only to send you off-market deal alerts that match what you buy. It is not sold or shared with sponsors or anyone else. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime by replying STOP or emailing us.

If we email you about sponsorship, every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply STOP, or email sales@njoffmarketmedia.com. Once you opt out, we won't contact you again.

Questions or removal requests

Email sales@njoffmarketmedia.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.

Technical basics

This site doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security provider processes standard connection data (such as IP address) to keep the site secure, and we use it for basic spam and abuse protection.
